Crawling and Cruising: A New View

Being a parent is the best job in earth. Christopher is the 1st baby I have been around 24/7. He is the 1st baby I have ever changed a diaper with. Watching our baby grow and become stronger should proof God is already working in Christopher. Since Christopher was a late bloomer in sitting up or even putting his head straight. Each day reflects how determined our baby boy is. In this last week, Christopher has become a crawler (hands and knees working together). He use to do the army crawl, but realized his hands and knees would get him to his destination quicker. It is so sweet, Christopher crawls slowly, he is still being his coordination down. Today in his playpen, which he does more standing than sitting in. He cruised for the 1st time. Moved for point A to point B with his feet. I have to say Christopher has discovered he has feet. Each day we practice walking....SO WALKING WORLD WATCH OUT, CHRISTOPHER IS COMING!!!!!!!

Teething

I could not agree more that teething is a pratical joke from Mother Nature. Our son is 11 1/2 months old and is getting his front two teeth in. Last month, his bottom 2 teeth came in. Michael and I had Christopher on a great schedule. Then...BAM...his teeth come in. We have had many many nights with Christopher trying to comfort him. I feel so bad for the little guy. I am so thankful he will not and we do not remember this process of teething. On a side note: His smile is so sweet seeing those two teeth.

M & M

Hello. Blog World. This is my 1st blog. The one thing I love talking about is my husband. Our relationship started out as fairytale "like in the movies." I meet my husband when I was at the end of my sophomore year in high school. I was taking the bus home, like I always did. I was talking to a friend and I looked up. There he was. I did not know his name, or anything about him, but I know I found my soulmate the second I saw him. So I am a person who beleives in love at first sight. We dated for 3 years and the 4th year we had a small vacation to the Grand Canyon. On April 17, 1999, he asked me to marry him. We had a different engagement than most. Michael was away attending University of Arizona (Tucson, AZ), and I was still living with my parents in Mesa, AZ. During this time, we are both very happy to say we found God. On May 20, 2000. I become Mrs. Fangerow. It is music to my ears still and always will be. We have been married for 8 years. On Sept. 11, 2007, we added a very very special addition to your family. We had Christopher. Since then, we have been able to balance medical school, a new baby, a new state all because of the grace of God.
